or shared access on a dashboard.

Other Personal Dashboard: Select to allow the support
representative to change the access of another support representative’s
personal dashboard to Shared via the Alerts and Dashboards
Manager.

Shared Dashboard: Select to allow the support representative
to change the content of a dashboard that is designated as
Shared. Dashboards are designated as Shared via the dashboard’s
Access option; other support representatives can add shared
dashboards to their own Desktop dashboards.

Other Personal View: Select to allow the support representative
to display another support representative’s personal view,
and to open and change another support representative’s personal
view via the Other Personal option under Availability in the
Content Manager. Views are designated as Personal or Shared
via the Access field in the Standard and Report View Designers.

to change the content of a view that is designated as Shared
access. Views are designated as Personal or Shared via the
Access field in the Standard and Report View Designers.

Other Personal Chart: Select to enable the support
representative to display another support representative’s
personal chart, and open and change another support representative’s
personal chart via the Other Personal Availability option
in the Content Manager. A chart is designated as personal
via the Chart Designer Access field.

to change the content of a chart that is designated as Shared
via the Chart Designer Access field.

to change the settings of an alert that is configured with
specified support representatives in the Send To field.

to delete dashboards designated as personal via the dashboard

representative’s personal dashboards.
