Configuring
mySupport Portals
Headlines that are enabled for display to customers can be included
on a mySupport portal via:
- The Notification
Center list and popup
under the Notification Center
icon
- Navigator links for the Notification
Center, Headlines,
or a Headline view
- A Headline view in a component
- A Headline
feed in a component with a search and sort bar
as well as well as a customizable feed layout
- A global news feed; headlines are automatically
retained at the top in descending order by expiration date. Customers
can click the Hide
icon
for a headline on their global news feed.
