Assigning a Support Representative to a Group

 

Use the Groups tab in the Support Representative screen to assign the support representative to one or more groups for reporting, group-based routing, and permissions.

A support representative must be assigned to a primary group. To designate the support representative’s primary group, select the group in the No Membership field and click the right arrow icon next to the Primary field.

When you save the record, you will have the option to push the dashboards associated with the group specified as primary to the support representative’s Desktop.
