Generating iSupport Environment Reports

Use the Options and Tools | Administer | iSupport Environment screen to compile a printable summary of configuration settings and information on the server on which the report is run.

Enter a title to be included in the Report Title field, and the text to be included in the Comments field in the Report Information section at the top of the report. Then click the Create button. You can print and email the generated report.
