Associating Correspondence Templates

All predefined correspondence templates will appear on the Associated Correspondence Templates tab in the Category configuration screen; if applicable, select the templates to appear in the list for selection when the category is selected in the Incident, Problem, and Change screens. (Correspondence templates that are not associated with any category will also appear in the list.)
