Completing the Asset Integration Definition Synchronization Tab

Use the Synchronization tab in the Asset RDB screen to synchronize iSupport ’s Asset database with fields in a Microsoft SQL Server source database; select the mapped fields to be evaluated when the synchronization occurs. If a matching field exists in the source database, the record will be updated in iSupport ’s Asset database.
